3. How we use your data and lawful bases

  • To provide services and manage bookings such as servicing, repairs, diagnostics, air-conditioning, DPF work, and Class 4 or Class 7 MOTs. Lawful basis: Contract.

  • To issue invoices and maintain records for accounting and tax. Lawful basis: Legal Obligation.

  • To send reminders or useful service notices such as MOT or service reminders where appropriate. Lawful basis: Legitimate Interests. You can opt out at any time.

  • To improve our services and website. Lawful basis: Legitimate Interests.

We do not carry out automated decision making that has legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only where necessary:

  • Parts and logistics suppliers: where a delivery or warranty check requires your name or vehicle registration.
